What we collect
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party analytics. When you create an account we collect your email address. When you buy an audit we also collect your company name, your website, the category you sell into and the competitor websites you name, plus the time of the request. We use that to run your audit, to bill you and to answer you.
What we do with it
We use your email to send your report and to answer your questions. If you subscribe to Monitor we also store the prompts, engine answers and reports produced for you. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone other than the processors we need to run the service (our email provider, our payment processor, and the AI engines we query on your behalf).
How long we keep it
Reports and correspondence are kept for as long as you have an account and for two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
Email hello@heardof.io to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
