What you are buying
The Audit is a one-time $149 purchase. It covers 40 buyer prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, scored for you and three competitors you name, the sources the engines cited, and a prioritized roadmap, delivered as a report page and a PDF within minutes of payment.
Monitor
Monitor is a subscription at $79 per month or $758 per year: the audit's 40 buyer prompts re-run weekly across the same three engines, a digest when a name changes, and your competitors on the same table. There is no minimum term and no notice period — cancel any time and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for.
What we do and do not guarantee
We guarantee the measurement: the prompts are run, the answers are recorded, and the report shows what they said. We do not guarantee that any AI engine will cite you, because what these models cite changes with every update and is outside anyone's control.
Payment and refunds
Payments are made by card. The audit fee is refundable in full within 14 days if the report does not deliver what you paid for — prompts not run, an engine not queried, the wrong competitors, or a report that fails to generate. A report showing that no engine cites you is a valid result and is not refundable on that basis. Subscription periods already billed are not refunded. See our Refund policy for details.
Ownership
The reports and recommendations produced for you are yours once paid for. The pipelines, prompts and tooling used to produce them remain ours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
